The flats have a service offer and the residents can share intelligently designed common rooms for co-working or events. The flats are suitable for individuals, couples or shared flats. The serviced lobby with library on the 4th floor, the fitness room and seminar and multi-purpose rooms on the ground floor provide a communal, semi-public ambience.
The very spacious flats are furnished in the style of the Appenzeller Huus, have a modern cut and all face two sides across a corner. Muted colours and a controllable lighting concept create a calming and relaxing atmosphere. The floor plans are generous. The rooms are flooded with light through the high window fronts and you can enjoy the wonderful Appenzell landscape and the Alpstein.
The kitchens leave nothing to be desired and are equipped with all modern appliances in first-class quality - from the combisteamer to the induction cooker and the washbasin with single-lever mixer tap.
