The Appenzeller Huus comprises a three-, four- and five-star hotel with different product offerings for the health-conscious, romantics, connoisseurs, sports enthusiasts, families and seminar guests who appreciate the combination of modernity and tradition. The five star hotel is a pure wellness hotel with a leading and pioneering indoor and outdoor offer. It is built in a sustainable and globally unique solid wood construction method using regional wood with local processing. The energy supply is ensured by state-of-the-art roof and façade solar panels as well as geothermal probes. The gastronomy includes upscale, vegetarian and regional restaurants. The building also includes various event, seminar and co-working areas, a clubhouse, an Alpstein view lounge, the largest wine cellar in Switzerland and the Appenzeller Forum as a cultural foundation. The ecosystem also includes the owners of the apartments in the four other buildings, who benefit from the comprehensive range of services and wellness facilities.

Huus Seealpsee

The serviced flats are freehold flats with 3.5 to 4.5 rooms in the Huus Seealpsee and can be rented directly by the Appenzeller Huus if they are vacant - also as separate suites. In doing so, the Appenzeller Huus offers the owner a net return after ancillary costs and renewal fund investments of 4.5% per year for at least five years to enable him to earn a very attractive return on his equity. In this way, his flat earns money when the owner is not there.
